Why Are Some States Restricted?

While the 2018 Farm Bill federally legalized hemp products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC, individual states retain the right to establish their own regulations. Some states have chosen to:

• Prohibit all hemp products containing THCA
• Regulate THCA similarly to marijuana
• Require additional licensing or testing not currently available
• Maintain unclear or evolving legislation that creates legal uncertainty

Checkout Protection

Our checkout system automatically prevents orders from being placed to restricted states. If you attempt to use a shipping address in a restricted state, you will receive a notification and will not be able to complete your purchase.

This ensures compliance with state regulations and protects both our customers and our business.
